Hi. Tonight I had a REALY good sandwich. We had it at Potbelly’s at Talmadge and Sylvania. I had a pizza sandwich , with mushrooms, Italian seasoning, meatballs and pepperoni. I asked for Mayo, but they forgot. Still it was really good. My mom had a saled, with lettuce, craisins, grapes, apples, candied walnuts, blue cheese and chicken. My Dad had a sandwich called The Wreak. He doesn’t remember what was in it. My brother had a meatball sandwich with cheese and hot peppers My sandwich was so remarkable. The inside was really cool. It reminded me of old day because of the pot belly stove. There were hat all over the place. They had a deer head with a hat on it.

So if you were to make a menu for your restaurant, what would you create? Do you have notes on your ideas? My 10 year old daughter and I watched Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution together last night, and he was trying to "make over" a fast food restaurant with healthy food. The problem was, it costs more. Do you have ideas how we can make healthy food for less money? I'm interested in your thoughts if you have time to share.
ReplyDeleteOn my menu, I would have super mac & cheese, pizza balls, and a MEGA burrito. To save money, I would plant a vegetable garden and use the ingredients in healthy recipes.
